To help you find an edge over rivals, 2019 SuperCoach champion Dez Creek identifies the low-ownership players to target.

Here’s who he’s found for Round 14.

ALEXANDER BRIMSON ($359,400)

Currently owned by just 1% as dual 5/8-FLB, Brimson is hard to look past as a downgrade for owners of the injured Cameron Munster.

He has proven that he has a 100+ ceiling as of last week and the Titans are playing some enterprising footy right now with not much to lose, meaning lots of spread plays and attacking touches for AJ.

On top of this he should make at least $150k in price rises over the next 2-3 weeks which may be crucial money as final 17s for the run home are beginning to take form.

DYLAN BROWN ($544,200)

Averaging 67.9 points so far this season, Brown has been a revelation for the Eels.

His combinations are starting to take form as the Eels begin to prepare for a charge at the title on the run home.

Again, a perfect substitute for Munster over the next few weeks, and in my opinion a keeper for the run home in your final 17.

Whilst his ownership is 15.3%, taking him out of ultra POD territory, his price at $544k is unrepresentative of his season average and should be bought asap if you are going to get him at all.

BRIAN KELLY ($467,800)

Speaking of ultra PODs, Kelly is owned by just 0.3% of teams and has a 3RA of 73.3 which is elite for CTW.

As stated previously, the Titans have nothing to lose and are throwing caution to the wind when they are attacking.

With a seriously favourable draw for the run home he shapes as a serious CTW POD contender for final 17s. It’s not often I put two Titans on this list, but Kelly certainly warrants some attention.

LATRELL MITCHELL ($470,200)

Owned by 12.3% of teams, but only 8 in the top 100, Latrell has yet to seriously hit his straps this season with no mammoth scores that we know he is capable of.

This week’s matchup against the Cowboys looms as a week where he may break the drought. His 3RA is 61.3 without doing anything special, so he definitely needs to be considered if you’re chasing ranks.

KURT MANN ($570,100)

I can’t believe it has taken me this long to put Mann on this list, and his 20% ownership and season average of 63.7 reflects that error.

There is no doubt that Mann is a top 4 CTW for final 17s, especially if he remains at hooker which gives him considerably safer base stats each week which is crucial for stability in the volatile CTW position as we look towards the finish line.
