South Sydney will be out to go one better in 2022 under new coach Jason Demetriou. With a fairly similar roster to last season, there’s no reason why they won’t contend for the premiership again. Due to their simply immense attacking prowess, they’re one of the most sought after SuperCoach clubs in the game. As a result, many of their players start at premium prices which makes them all the more difficult to recruit. The early draw hasn’t done them any favours, with games against the Broncos (A), Storm (A), Roosters (H), Panthers (A) and Dragons (H)… Brutal.
