Fullback (excluding DPP)

Interestingly, a couple of coaches in the top 1% have jumped from Kalyn Ponga to Tom Trbojevic for this weekend.

Surely a dry, sunny track against the Titans is more favourable than a night game against the Dogs at Accor, but hey I can’t talk as I was eliminated last weekend in my two H2H comps…

I guess it’s Turbo’s 150th game, vs a team he has scored in his last 8 games against, and Manly must bounce back from last week to secure a home final…

CTW

Zac Lomax is the 3rd most popular trade-in for coaches ranked in the top 10% after another positive score of 73 points in a try-less, 13+ loss to the Dragons.

Parramatta this weekend is a very tasty match-up considering the Eels have leaked 24 tries to right wings in 22 games this year. The only catch, Lomax has scored in 0 of his 5 games v Eels averaging 59 points with a max of 69.

5/8

Matt Burton is the 2nd most traded-in player overall this week with most people going early on trading Nathan Cleary and Jahrome Hughes to guaranteed starting half.

What is interesting is that Lachlan Galvin has also been traded out nearly 900 teams with the Tigers bye.

Makes sense for those playing a H2H GF this week, but surely with limited trades left you’d keep him for the much-anticipated Spoon Bowl against the Eels next week.

HLF

Nicho Hynes has crept back into the top 10 most popular halfbacks with coaches starting to trade him in despite him sitting in the reserves list.

Interestingly, 37% of coaches in the top 1% still hold Cleary, suggesting one of two things: 1. they’re just flat-out of trades, 2. they will be giving Prince Nicho every chance to play this Saturday.

Watch this space…

FRF

Joseph Tapine is the 10th most popular trade-in overall after he had a starring role in Canberra’s upset win over the Panthers whipping up 97 points.

He comes up against the Roosters this week, a team he has scored 70+ against in his last 3 games. With Canberra still a mathematical chance to make finals, he looks to go big again.

2RF

Angus Crichton is the 4th most popular traded-in player overall this week after scoring a hat-trick en route to 132 points against the Titans last week.

Most coaches have traded out Eliesa Katoa and Kai Pearce-Paul to bring in the Roosters’ back-rower with the former rested this week and the other most likely out for the season after suffering a horrific leg injury.

HOK

Jacob Liddle is the most popular trade-in this week with over 2,200 coaches bringing him in.

My 2025 starting hooker has flown under the radar, with scoring 60+ points consistently since Round 14 with another impressive score of 73 in a big loss to the Sharks.

And no, thats not a typo for Harry Grant. He has gained in popularity for coaches ranked in the top 1% despite experiencing a drop for the rest.

Is there something I (we) don’t know?
