Injury watch, most traded, most captained, here's everything you need to know about Supercoach EPL week six.
EPLGameweek 5 gave us the lowest Supercoach scoring week of the season thus far.
This can be attributed to a few reasons.
Across all ten matches, only Newcastle and Bournemouth were able to keep clean sheets in a 0-0 draw against each other.
Every other game saw goals scored by both teams; however, no game saw more than 4 goals.
Then, if you look at the goal scorers, there aren’t many popular Supercoach options that made the list either.
Apart from Erling Haaland of course, the most captained player of the week, who managed to score against Arsenal’s league-best defence.
Finally, we saw the impact of mid-week fixtures returning, as many teams played European or domestic cup matches throughout the week.
This led to even more rotation than usual, and is something that Supercoach managers will definitely have to consider when making trades from now on.

Now, a few takeaways from this week’s games.
Whether these are overreactions or valid observations will be determined over the next few weeks, but they are still worth a thought.
Everyone jumped on the early-season Bournemouth defensive bandwagon, and they continue to deliver, but it’s time we also consider Newcastle’s defence.
Outside of their game against Liverpool, Newcastle have kept a clean sheet in every other game this season, frequently playing their new back 5 formation.
Although I would probably wait until after their fixture vs Arsenal this weekend, Newcastle defenders look like season-long holds.
In terms of attack, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal, and Manchester City remain the teams that look most likely to score multiple goals in any given game.
So I would look to these teams if looking for an attacking option to bring into your teams.

When: Saturday 27th September, 9:30pm AEST, Gtech Community Stadium
*Martin Ødegaard: Shoulder, was left out of the squad vs City, minimal information, but said to be day-to-day
*Cole Palmer: Groin, subbed off after 20 mins vs United with recurring injury, still being assessed
*Anthony Gordon: Suspension, available for selection again this week vs Arsenal

Breakevens are the score required for the player to either make money or lose money.
When looking at who to trade in this week, heavily consider the players with low breakevens, as they will help make your team money.
Similarly, if you have some players with high breakevens in your team, maybe it’s time to consider cutting ties to ensure your team doesn’t lose too much value.
