Eden Richards gives his trade plans, captains, and PODs ahead of NFL Supercoach Week 4
NFLAnother week of NFL is in the books, and it was a week where some big guns failed to fire.
The likes of Ja’Marr Chase, Nico Collins, Justin Jefferson, Alvin Kamara, and Josh Jacobs are all failing to justify their hefty price tags, and this puts coaches in a precarious position.
You’ve now got a decision to make… Do you stick with these faltering guns and hope they come good?
Or do you bite the bullet, accept you’ve lost some cash, and decide to trade them in for a shinier model with runs on the board?
It all comes down to what your team needs, but just remember, trades are limited and you’d hate to trade one of these guns out only for them to come good…
With all that in mind, let’s get into my Week 4 trade plans.

These are all players on my team who have been underwhelming.
Their output hasn’t matched their price tag, so what should I do?
As tempting as it is to put them on the trade block, I am going to remain patient.

Their stuttering offense means London is not putting up the scores I would like, but I am hopeful this will improve.
He’s still seeing plenty of targets, and I’m giving him one more week to prove himself.
The Falcons have a bye after this weekend’s match-up with the Commanders, so that gives me the perfect opportunity to assess where he’s at and make an informed decision.
The one trade I am making this week is Chase Brown for Jordan Mason.

Cincinnati’s O-line is horrendous, and he’s averaging a disgusting 1.98 yards per carry. The crazy thing is, 98.9% of Brown’s limited yards have come AFTER contact. That just shows how bad the Bengals’ O-line really is.
It’s impossible to see him turning it around when he is getting tackled as soon as the ball lands in his hands and I am selling before he loses even more cash.
He’s already lost a whopping $2 million and he’s predicted to drop another $2 million this week. Sell, sell, sell!
On the opposite end of the spectrum is Jordan Mason.
Embed from Getty ImagesMason is an absolute dawg. The injury to Aaron Jones in Minnesota has seen him take over RB1 duties, and he’s hit the ground running.
Last week, Mason produced huge numbers, running for 116 yards, scoring two touchdowns, and putting up 47 Supercoach points.
Most impressively, Mason is averaging 5.4 yards per carry this year.
He is so hard to tackle and one of the most explosive running backs in the NFL.
He increased by $900,000 last week and is set to go up another $1 million this week against a Steelers defence that let Kenneth Walker III run for 105 yards and Breece Hall run for 107 yards.
Mason is underpriced at $11,350,000 and will be a money-maker over the next few weeks.
I’m excited to have him on my team.

If you own Lamar Jackson or Josh Allen, then you must put the C on one of them.
These two gun quarterbacks are the top scorers in Supercoach this season, and that’s not going to change.
Last week, I captained Allen, and he put up a solid 46, but it was Jackson who outscored him with a 54 and some junk-time points.

This week I’ll be leaving the C on Allen.
The Bills’ offense tops the league in scoring, and he really is making it look easy.
The Bills have a clash with the winless Saints this week, and I expect Allen to put them to the sword.
Just last week, the Saints gave up 44 points to the Seahawks, and it wouldn’t surprise me to see a similar number this week.
If you want to go the other way and put the C on Jackson, then my advice would be to go for it.
I really don’t think you can go wrong with either of these guys.
The Ravens have a huge clash with the Chiefs, and this is the type of game where Lamar thrives.
He averages 44.6 points per game against KC, and he will no doubt put Baltimore on his back in this must-win game.

Hunter Henry currently leads the Patriots in targets, receptions, yards, and touchdowns.
He has become Drake Maye’s go-to guy, and he’s now the #1 ranked tight end in Supercoach.
He will crack the $10 million mark this week and looks set to continue to skyrocket in price.
If you need a tight end and you want a POD, Henry is your man.
He’s owned by just 0.8% of coaches, and this week he has a great match-up against a Panthers outfit that has struggled to defend the middle of the field.

Tre Tucker had a breakout performance in Week 3, and it’s set him up to make plenty of cash.
The Raiders wide receiver had 145 yards on 8 catches and scored three touchdowns, making him the highest scorer in Supercoach in any position for the whole week.
He’s obviously not going to do that every week, but he now has a -24 breakeven and looks set to rise $2.3 million this week.
He is going to make cash very quickly (he went up $3.2 million last week!!!) and is only owned by 0.7% of coaches, so get in quick and watch the money roll in.
