Supercoach and EPL expert Niko, reveals who to watch, buy, hold and sell ahead of Supercoach EPL Gameweek 24
EPLWhat a disaster week Supercoach EPL Gameweek 23 was.
Projected 145 coming in, 63 coming out.
Triple Arsenal defence and VC on Saka went horribly wrong.
Not much went right obviously other than being forced to field Rogers who got an assist.
I wish I had the foresight to trade Foden to Bowen after the City team leak, looks like I’m at least making that move this week.

Back-to-back games on the scoresheet and Delap seems out of favour for the time being.
West Ham, Wolves, Leeds and Burnley in the next four.
You couldn’t ask for any better but be prepared to potentially be frustrated.
Matz Sels (£6.49M, Nottingham Forest GKP, B/E -6)
Sean Dyche’s men have back-to-back clean sheets and moved five points ahead of the promoted teams.
All the defence for Forest are now options, especially with three of the next four at home.
Marc Guéhi (£6.94M, Manchester City DEF, B/E -5)
A great debut performance and a great price for a City defensive asset.
Just be very careful of the blanks coming up before committing.
Marc Cucurella (£4.63M, Chelsea DEF, B/E -3)
Has completely bottomed out in price and with the upcoming fixtures as stated above he’s a great buy.

He’s now confirmed on penalties with the absence of Paquetá and he plays every minute of every game.
That will be vital coming into blank game weeks.
Emiliano Martínez (£5.35M, Aston Villa GKP, B/E -2)
Pulled off a worldie save to deny Tonali in the first minute and that really set the tone for the upset win.
A great option if you’re fed up with Raya or want to rotate.
Mohamed Salah (£8.04M, Liverpool FWD, B/E -1)
Back from AFCON and straight into the team with a full 90 minutes and an assist.
I think you could potentially get ahead of the pack by bringing him in, but you could also wait for Newcastle and Man City to pass before committing.

We were all scared of the fixtures, and they’ve beaten both Arsenal and City.
Looks like the real United are back, for now.
Currently playing up front in the number 9 role, but Carrick does have options in that position with Cunha and Sesko waiting, and he’ll likely keep getting subbed around 70mins which I don’t love.
Enzo Fernández (£10.49M, Chelsea MID, B/E 1)
With the uncertainty around Palmer and his thigh injury this guy is the safe bet to bring in, especially since he takes up the penalty duties in his absence.
Morgan Rogers (£6.97M, Aston Villa FWD, B/E 6)
Usually always plays 90mins and Villa’s fixtures look good.
He’s due another big one.
Bruno Fernandes (£15.31M, Manchester United MID, B/E 17)
If you don’t have this guy, he’s the priority over Mbeumo but you’re paying up.
Playing more forward, creating plenty for his side and on penalties.

Looks like Slot is changing his formation to allow him to keep playing Dom in the attack, but the results are not there.
I still think there’s plenty of uncertainty in his role to pick him up, i.e. he played right-back on 59mins when Frimpong was subbed out.
Averaged 4.8pts in his previous six outings before the nice free kick and 25pts on the weekend.
Cole Palmer (£7.41M, Chelsea MID, B/E 5)
I’m dying on this hill… Should hopefully be back for the perfect fixtures.
Bruno Guimarães (£14.17M, Newcastle United MID, B/E 7)
I don’t think this ankle knock will keep him out for too long.
I’d hold him.

Should drop in price nicely before he plays Burnley and Wolves at home, but will most likely share a blank with Arsenal and City in GW31.
We’re all stacked with their defenders which makes it a tough call whether to commit to him or not.
Granit Xhaka (£8.02M, Sunderland MID, B/E 14)
He’s likely still out with an ankle injury but I’ll hold just in case he’s named for Burnley at home.
He seemed keen to fight the West Ham crowd so the fight might be there to make an early comeback.
Erling Haaland (£9.07M, Manchester City FWD, B/E 25)
Hopefully this is just a blip on the radar, and he’s had his bloody rest.
I’m not trading.

Still in 24% of teams and needs to go.
Probably out for the season with a stress fracture in his foot.
Hugo Ekitike (£8.88M, Liverpool FWD, B/E 17)
The latest casualty of Slot changing from the 4-2-3-1 to the 4-2-2-2 playing Salah and Gakpo instead.
Not getting minutes with Isak out injured is a huge worry for his owners.
Phil Foden (£7.35M, Manchester City MID, B/E 16)
Such a huge drop off in form and now not even guaranteed to start.
Looks a must sell especially with likely blanks coming up for City.
