From injury news to breakevens, most traded and captaincy options, here's everything you need to know ahead of NRL Supercoach round 4
NRLAnother week of NRL Supercoach footy, another week of chaos.
The tone was really set as the Raiders vs Bulldogs game kicked off on Thursday night, but not anything to do with the game itself, but instead with the news breaking that the extremely popular cheapie Ativalu Lisati had succumbed to a calf injury in training.
This left tens of thousands of managers scrambling to find an alternative trade-in option, many landing on Ryan Couchman, who is now looking at a month-long suspension.
Mind you, that is just a taster of the carnage we have ahead (the key availability watch section of the article is hefty this week, to say the least.
I introduced last week as the week that we would wish for a “super-boost”, but I now feel as though I went one week early with that claim….

If you want a full recap of round 3 from the best of the best, make sure to check out Nick Moon’s Weekly Wrap, but in case you didn’t get to catch much footy in round 3, here is my rapid recap of the last week of footy.
Going in chronological order:
A low-scoring matchup of little Supercoach relevance between the Dogs and Raiders. Hudson Young (95) and Jacob Preston (78) enticing POD 2RF options.
Panthers DOMINATE the Chooks. Jenkins (134) try-scoring continued, and Yeo (86) bounced back.
Broncos comeback against the Storm, with most Supercoach-relevant players scoring solidly around 70. Excluding the man himself, Joe Chan (128), of course.

Dolphins upset the Sharks convincingly, led by the ever-reliable Herbie (85). Brailey (90) and Hynes (81) were very solid in defeat.
Souths snuck past a wounded Tigers outfit, with Latrell (69) kept somewhat under control. Cody Walker (34) disappointing again.
Parramatta kept the Dragons winless, R Couchman (60) sin-binned for ending Hopgood’s season. Holmes (80) seemingly pulled points from thin air.
The Cowboys pumped the Titans led by Purdue (115) and Drinkwater (96). Campbell (97) picked up a double in his first game of the season.

The Broncos vs Dolphins on Friday night is set to be the game of the round, with both Queensland sides coming off extremely impressive victories.
At first glance, a few games appear to offer some extremely juicy Supercoach scoring potential.
The Melbourne Storm determined to bounce back against the Cowboys, and the Panthers looking to continue their dominance against the Eels top the list.

Generally speaking, when looking at who to trade in, heavily consider the players with low breakevens, as they will help make your team money.
Similarly, if you have some players with high breakevens in your team, maybe it’s time to consider cutting ties to ensure your team doesn’t lose too much value.
