2020 Squad breakdown: All eyes on unbeaten Panthers

We've assessed every starting player at the Penrith Panthers and provided their Round 3 buy rating.

Squad Breakdown

With the season returning on May 28, we’ve decided to take a look at the SuperCoach credentials of every starting 13 player in the NRL.

We’ve taken the starting side from each club’s Round 2 clash, and included any significant players who come off the bench or will return from injury upon the competition’s resumption.

We’ve provided an immediate buy rating for each player for the upcoming round, not to be confused with their overall SuperCoach rating.

Penrith are unbeaten to begin the season, including a win over the defending premiers, and their SuperCoach relevance is reflected in their performances.

Here’s our thoughts:

Great assessment of Yeo, 100% agree. He’s also in his 7th season with the Panthers & they love him out there. At worst, his minutes might drop slightly, given his DPP, even at 60-65 mins with 1.1PPM, I’d take a centre who averages 60 any day of the week. Lockety Lock….
As a Pauga & Cleary owner, Cleary will be traded. I’m think to Brown who will rise in price & make him as easier trade back to Cleary in two weeks. In a perfect world Luai will go big in Cleary’s absence & he can be traded back to Cleary instead. But do we live in a perfect world?
I was lucky enough to start with Mansour, seeing me in the Top 1000. I’m hoping he continues to be the beast of days gone by.
