I can confirm, the Stockmen will be playing Supercoach finals footy in 2021!
I was able to produce an upset win over SC Playbook contributor Adam Driussi last week to cement eighth place in our league.
We’ll use this week to fine tune our game before entering the knock out phase of the competition next week.
This week I take on Tim Williams, so another heavyweight scalp is on the cards.

I captained Tom Trbojevic for what I’ve been told was a Supercoach record! What a star…
Unfortunately the week wasn’t all good to me with Ben Hunt going down injured, while Jayden Brailey is unavailable this week.
I’m sitting nice with my squad depth and still have four trades left to tinker with.
Let’s take a look at this week’s moves.

BEN HUNT to SAM WALKER
I currently have Hunt and Shaun Johnson in my halves, so I’m down a playmaker.
It’s forcing me into a trade this week but that’s alright.
I’d like to have gone to someone like Daly Cherry-Evans or Jahrome Hughes, but I would have had to use two trades to achieve it which I’m not keen on doing.

In comes young Sam Walker who’s evolution in the NRL has been rapid. He’s looking calmer every week and may be something special.
He has a really tough match this week which isn’t ideal, but hopefully he can score well regardless against the Panthers.
He’s an exciting addition to my team and hopefully he can propel me deep into the finals.

My captain for the week will be Cody Walker who takes on the Eels tonight.
Wayne Bennett is the master at getting his side primed for the back end of the season heading into finals, and this year looks no different.
It’s a difficult fixture this week, but I think the Rabbitohs are potent enough with ball in hand that Cody can score well as my captain.
My vice-captain was Payne Haas last night who knocked out a typically solid score.
Good luck to everyone in Round 21!
Nice work.
Love to hear your view on young players like S Walker.
