From injury news to most traded and captaincy options, here's everything you need to know ahead of NRL Supercoach round 24
NRLRound 23 really was a reality check for many.
It all came crashing back down for Sam Walker, Nicho Hynes, and, of course, the majority of Supercoach managers.
Oh, how quickly this wonderful game of Supercoach twists and turns.
From last week, where scoring 1600 led to red arrows, to this week where 1642 would have won you $2k for taking out team of the week.

With just a month of regular season footy to play out, it is now or never for many managers.
Whether you are battling furiously for your H2H league title, desperately trying to hold on to your high rank, or throwing your last punches to try crack a higher rank, these lost four weeks are going to be intense.
For those still with trades up their sleeve, it is now a game of POD hunting, and for those without, it is all about survival.
Round 23 will kick off at 7:50pm AEST, Thursday, the 13th of August, with a blockbuster top-of-the-table clash between the Panthers and Roosters. Dare I say the winner takes the minor premiership?
Perhaps even higher stakes is Souths vs Bulldogs on Friday night, 7th vs 9th, truly edge-of-the-seat stuff.
On paper, the games to target this week from a Supercoach perspective are probably the Warriors vs Broncos and Knights vs Titans.
This week it is the Storm who get the bye, after a very impressive comeback win over in the West.
