EPLA shocker for me with only 85 points for GW6, which slides me outside the top 1k.
There were a couple of big reasons for the poor score, one was Saka having concrete boots when through on goal in the final minute as my VC, and the other having faith in Bruno Fernandes and Manchester United.
Hopefully I can brush it off and bounce back this week, but it won’t happen by sitting on my hands and not trading. It’s go time.
Mid-week Europe fixtures have now started, which requires monitoring for rotation and injury. Arsenal, Man United, Liverpool, Aston Villa and Man City have all got through their Champions League matches without injury. We just need to keep an eye on Bournemouth, Palace and Sunderland, who play Thursday night.

Jordan Henderson (£5.10M Chelsea MID, B/E -25)
He’s been a proper journey man of late and somehow finds himself at Chelsea and taking free kicks off Palmer. Oh, and hitting top bins.
I don’t really understand what is happening here, but if he’s named, you almost have to go there as he might just be their replacement Enzo until the January transfer window.
João Pedro (£11.24M Chelsea FWD, B/E -5)
I’m slightly annoyed he was fit and banged the goals in as a non-owner.
He just looks so good, and Chelsea are so attacking, and they don’t have Europe. He seems to be the key to their success.

Do I go back here… Honestly, if they weren’t playing a promoted side, I probably wouldn’t consider it.
Seems to be back in favour and only played a half mid-week, suggesting he’ll start against Ipswich, even with Foden back from suspension.
Sávio (£5.61M Tottenham MID, B/E 0)
There’s not much form backing the ex-Man City player, but the fixtures are there.
Riccardo Calafiori (£9.15M Arsenal DEF, B/E 8)
Pretty much a must-own with his attacking output for the best defensive side in the league. Doesn’t play in the Champions League, so guaranteed starts on the weekend.

On the bubble and has scored 13 and 15 points, perfect, yeah? Sadly no. He only played 7mins against Newcastle.
He’ll make cash, but not as much as you think, looking at the price and breakeven. Currently the second most transferred in player.
Lewis Hall (£8.68M Newcastle DEF, B/E 5)
Newcastle is up and down, but hold him at least another week for his attacking potential.
Marco Palestra (£3.90M Chelsea DEF, B/E 7)
One I’ve perhaps got wrong. It looks like he’ll be eased back slowly from injury and will be at this price for a while with cameo appearances.
If I keep holding him to save a trade, but other managers are getting way ahead of me with regard to team value. Perhaps I’ll have more trades towards the end of the season as the reward.

Every fibre of my being wants to hit the trade button, but he’s got Hull at home. Still might do it as Fulham have been utter rubbish.
Tarik Muharemovic (£8.94 Leeds DEF, B/E 13)
No need to move off him after one bad score against Arsenal. Reassess next week.
Martin Ødegaard (£7.69M Arsenal MID, B/E 19)
He missed a sitter against Leeds and should have scored much better. He’s still playing all the minutes and involved in the attack, so I’m holding him for now.

Something is not right at Man United. Players are publicly attacking the hierarchy, and the performances are just not there.
It’s annoying I could have sold him earlier and banked a heap of cash, but sometimes you need to jump off the sinking ship and jump on a lifeboat.
I.e, Salah last season. My mind is not completely made up, though.
Kevin Schade (£10.61M Brentford MID, B/E 23)
There is still nothing concrete about his shoulder injury; the only thing I can find is that he “looks set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines”.
Wait for news and act accordingly.
