EPL Supercoach | Buy, Hold, Sell Gameweek 10

EPL Supercoach expert Niko (56th last season) gives his best buy, hold, and sell options ahead of EPL Supercoach Gameweek 10

EPL

GW9 saw me register 122 points and climb back into the top 1k.

Taking Cole Palmer’s 21 was a good, easy decision (for those awake), but nailing when Enzo Le Fee would get a penalty really helped boost my score. He came in for the benched and frustratingly not reliable Hinshelwood.

The defence looks solid, but I’ve got some paddlers across the other lines.

Buy

Julio Enciso (£7.76M Ipswich Town MID, B/E -11)

Talk of the town after back-to-back goals and 17 scores. A good buy for those wanting to ride the next option to £10M, with the fixtures pretty good for a promoted side.

Marco Palestra (£3.50M Chelsea DEF, B/E 2)

In the starting lineup on the weekend and produced a decent score. If you need someone cheap, he’s the best option, but check the lineup before you commit.

James Garner (£6.77M Everton MID, B/E 3)

Looks to be getting close to last season’s version. 11 points on the weekend purely on base stats, and Coventry at home this week could see an attacking return. He’s on some set pieces, which only helps. Teammate and Captain James Tarkowski is also a trade-in target.

Declan Rice (£11.83M Arsenal MID, B/E 8)

His price will stay around here, I feel due to his consistency in base stats. Probably a good time to grab him before Hull at home, which screams VC.

Hold

Oliver McBurnie (£7.00M Hull City FWD, B/E -15)

A penalty, followed by a direct free kick, shows how quickly prices can change in this game. I won’t be buying him before a trip to the Emirates. Six of their next eight should be maulings on them.

Ezri Konsa (£9.75M Arsenal DEF, B/E -8)

Flying at the moment, but Saliba is back in contention, which means shared minutes. I do think Saliba gets eased back in, but you don’t want that shopping in this bracket.

Nicolas Jackson (£9.96M Aston Villa FWD, B/E -5)

Scoring for fun and making a mockery of me saying not to buy him, but the run has to stop soon. I don’t see him as a season keeper.

Jan Paul van Hecke (£12.05M Tottenham DEF, B/E -4)

Too expensive now. It’s hindsight, but the play was last week.

Morgan Gibbs-White (£8.28M Nottingham Forest MID, B/E 12)

I feel like he’s just a penalty away from kick-starting his season. Holding the faith in the new trade-in.

Pascal Groß (£10.75M Brighton MID, B/E 26)

A target for next week with that breakeven.

Sell

Jack Hinshelwood (£7.60M Brighton MID, B/E 19)

I like the player, and I like the upcoming fixtures, but you just cannot guarantee his minutes at the moment.

Jordan Henderson (£9.96M Chelsea MID, B/E 16)

Absent from the squad and a priority trade out at peak price.

Kevin Schade (£5.56M Brentford MID, B/E 12)

I’ve been big on him, but ever since the shoulder injury, he’s been putrid, and he’s been a minute’s risk.

Harvey Barnes (£8.93M Newcastle MID, B/E 8)

The Toon are in crisis. Perhaps one more week, but can also go.
