The Random Stats Guy analyses the player ownership of the top ranked EPL Supercoach teams ahead of Matchday 4.
EPLAnalysing the EPL Supercoach ownership of players across the top teams heading into the last week of Supercoach.
To make life easier when identifying true ownership of EPL Supercoach players, each week we’ll break it down into ranking brackets.
Whether you’re chasing ranks, or playing it safe up top, it’ll help identify the best ways to try and achieve your Supercoach goals.
The tables below set out the proportion of Supercoach teams in the top 1%, top 5%, top 10% and overall that own each player.
This season, there are over 45,000 Supercoach teams, so the top 1% would be roughly the top 450 teams, top 5% is the top 2,250 teams, and top 10% is top 4,500 teams.
Let’s take a look at the ownership of players heading into Matchday 4.

David Raya started the season as the most popular keeper, and he rewarded owners with scores of 15 and 11.
However, a score of 5 against Liverpool has seen him move on to Palace’s Dean Henderson and City’s newest transfer, Gianluigi Donnarumma.
The latter, Donnarumma, comes over from PSG, where he finished with 20 saves and 4 clean sheets in 6 games at the recent Club World Cup.
Robert Sanchez has had the biggest WoW increase for the top 1%.
He has scores of 14 and 11 in his first 3 games of the season.
He has a good upcoming run, with his next 3 opponents all sitting in the bottom 10 for goals scored this season in Brentford, Man United and Brighton.

Popular defender William Saliba will face 3-4 weeks out with an ankle injury, forcing a trade for 80 Supercoaches in the top 1%
Marcos Senesi is the 4th most traded-in player this week, following back-to-back clean sheets and a 22-point performance against Tottenham.
If Bournemouth can continue this defensive run, there will be plenty of points to come from Senesi with Brighton, Newcastle, Leeds and Fulham ranked in the bottom 7 for goals scored this season.
His fellow team-mate, Adrain Truffert, is also another popular trade in following Bournemouth’s recent performances.
Truffert has scored 11 and 15 in his last 2 games, but scored just 1 against Liverpool.
Whilst he hasn’t scored more than Senesi, Truffert seems like the smarter choice.
He had 5 goal involvements, 26 shots, 11 on target last season for Rennes, whilst Sensei has had 5 shots in the last 2 seasons, and his assist in MD3 was his first since the 2023/24 season.

The midfield is where all the trading action has been this week.
Jack Grealish has started to make himself at home for Everton with back-to-back 20+ scores courtesy of two assists in each game.
Ignore the Liverpool fixture away in MD5, and his next two opponents are a dream match-up – Villa sitting in 19th, and a West Ham team conceding the most goals this season.
West Ham’s Lucas Paquetá is the most traded-in midfielder this week for the top 1%.
He has scored 22 and 18 in his last 2 matches, giving him a -7 breakeven and £2m price rise for the week.
Another cash gen player to consider is Everton’s Kieran Dewsbury-Hall, who is expected to go add £1.2m to his £5.4m price tag.
He had a breakout game last matchday with 22 points against the bottom-placed Wolves and, as mentioned above with Grealish, he has a favourable draw to come.
Only downside is he wasn’t all to convincing in his first two matches with scores of 6 and 3.
Cole Palmer‘s questionable return date from a groin injury has frustrated enough owners to have him top of the most traded-out players this week.

Erling Haaland has increased his ownership in the top 1%, following a 14-point performance vs Brighton.
He averages 10+ points against his next 5 opponents, including scores of 10 and 15 in his last 2 vs Arsenal – who he plays in MD5.
João Pedro has now become the recognised striker for Chelsea with injuries to Cole Palmer and Liam Delap.
He followed up his 28 vs West Ham, with 13 points against Fulham.
He also has a -11 breakeven, that will see him move into a 7-digit price tage after Matchday 4.
